Paulino Moreno, the owner, is of Nicaraguan descent with humble beginnings. He graduated with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering, from the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua in 1977. He arrived in Miami in 1985, and worked to increase his knowledge of construction in Miami. Eventually, with the proper knowing of who's who in the construction world of Miami, Paulino stepped forward, and created All Metals Corporation.
